1. No Returns or Refunds

  • Final Sale: At present, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

  • No Refunds: Refunds are not provided once an order has been successfully placed and delivered. We encourage customers to review their choices carefully before finalizing a purchase.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

While we maintain a strict no-return policy, we are committed to quality. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution on a case-by-case basis.
